Elizabeth never meant to kill him. She didn't even know that she could, and by the time she had discovered the truth of her family's curse it was too late. She cannot bring back the dead, not without consequences - but even if it kills her she will
try.

The ghosts that she has seen for her entire life, they are not apparitions or hallucinations of a troubled girl. No, they are a warning. They have stories to tell, and they cannot rest until she knows what her family has done.

Elemental Conflict by Ayesha Hargey

"I didn’t have an answer. It was a stupid, idiotic thing. It was the most moronic thing anyone could do, to declare a war, but I didn’t have an answer. No one did. Because we all knew her words had a ring of truth. We are too dangerous for containment."

Elementals. People endowed with the ability to control the elements. When a mysterious edict is announced, and all the elementals are forced to live in a reserve, closely-knit together it is without a doubt, disaster will strike. It is in their nature not to be with the opposing element.

When Cassandra, a young Water elementals, learns of a war breaking out, she tries her best to stay unnoticable.
Until, of course, the war shifts to the younger generation of elementals. Cassandra now has to look over her shoulder, and fight for her life if she ever wishes to survive.

NaNoWriMo

Each November I swear that I'm gonna participate and complete the NaNoWriMo challenge. I got half way through last year before stopping to focus on work. This year I wanted to participate but I just didn't have the time. So instead of being sad that I didnt attempt or complete the nanowrimo challeng I decided to join in another capacity. I decided to give away a few covers to some talented souls who completed their 50k words.

These stories are still being polished but one day they may be the next big thing in their respective genres. Congrats to everyone who finished!!

The Traveler

Ever wish that it could really rain or snow on your ebook cover? What about lights turning off and on or maybe even hair blowing? I'm currently teaching myself how to work with movement on e-book files. I can't wait to be able to offer this and have it be perfect.

Grandma's Attic

I finished a Sci-Fi book cover tonight and I started working on this to just cleanse my pallet before tomorrrow's assignments. I remember going up into my attic as a child and looking at all of my parent's treasures. I always imagined finding a doorway into a magical world or something, so that's where the inspiration came from for this piece.

Let it Snow

The weather is getting colder and we've already had one snow storm (yes in October!!). You will hear me say it many times, but I hate snow, and I loathe cold weather. New Jersey is NOT the right state for me to live in...lol. I'm convinced I need to be in Arizona or Nevada, but with global warming nowhere is safe...lol.
It was really cold the other night and here is what I decided to work on.

Turn A Blind Eye

This is a contest entry I did for one of my cover designer groups. They gave us a book title and we had to design a mock cover. For some reason my mind just went to the dark side for this...lol. Enjoy

I love listening to urban and paranormal romances with strong kick ass heroines. This peace was inspired by them.
