Cindy owns Decadent Desserts on the island of Kauai. With economics as they are, and competition from other bakeries, Cindy has been having difficulties making ends meet.
Knightly Desserts is a profitable chain on the mainland and is planning on coming to the island. In an effort to get the best bakers on the island, they have decided to hold a contest. The baker with the best signature dessert will not only win $100,000.00, they will win a contract to work at the Lihue bakery.
At the urging of her friends/employees, Cindy agrees to go out one evening for drinks. When her friend is unable to meet her at the agreed upon lounge, she is ready to just have something to eat and go home. Instead she meets an Adonis.
Trysten is actually one of the Knightly's, but when he finds out she is a baker he withholds his last name. His unusually strong attraction to Cindy is unlike anything he has ever felt, and he doesn't want to scare her away.
Cindy decides to enter the Knightly contest creating the most amazing dessert. A glass slipper made of pulled sugar holding freshly made vanilla/lychee ice cream, and edible gold flakes.
Can she win the contest and keep Trysten with her decadent dessert?
